HEALTH MATTERS
March 29, 2001
Barb Gau's inaugural show focused primarily
on her vision and mission, which is to help educate consumers about the myriad of programs and options available
for improving their health and vitality. Barb's focus is wellness and prevention with an integration of body, mind,
and spirit. As a health care professional Barb knows all too well that the choices and available information can
be overwhelming and sometimes even contradictory. Her aim is to make Health
Matters simple and
fun.
Over the course of the next several months we intend to cover topics such as nutrition, kids health and fitness,
women's issues, exercise and fitness training, personal growth, weight management, and wellness. We will also address
various medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, diabetes, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, cancer,
arthritis, lupus, Alzheimer's disease, asthma, and other conditions with a special emphasis on immune disorders.
We will share our knowledge and experiences and we will also invite guest speakers to share their expertise with
all of us.
Please feel free to email us your comments, feedback, and suggestions.
